Myself and a family member went for his birthday. Our server Tracey is phenomenal. The food is great. They offered us a gluten-free menu which has a bunch of items on it. We even received a free Sundae for his birthday 🎈🎂🥳 10 out of 10. Loved it!

Very disappointed in this establishment! I came in to enjoy lunch with my family while visiting the island. I have celiac and I made it very clear to them how serious my condition is when it comes to gluten. They offered me a gluten-free menu but did not take it serious. They acted as if my request were inconvenient to them. When my food arrived. It was messed up and there was gluten on my plate. Instead of getting brisket, I was served fried chicken strips. When reporting it to the manager, they did not seem to be bothered at all.

To begin I'll say that I have celiac disease (gluten allergy). I had a great experience when I was there last week. My server's name was Krissy; she has a celiac daughter so she was extra helpful. I notified her of a gluten allergy/celiac disease and the first thing she did was get the allergen menu. She also notified the kitchen staff that my being gluten free is not a "preference". Flapjacks can use the gluten free batter for any of the pancakes, but Krissy let them know that I needed to be gluten free. She also sat down with me and told me what her daughter with celiac orders. Krissy was amazing, I highly suggest if you go to this location ask for her.

They serve gluten free cupcakes that are truly free of gluten and have no grainy taste. They taste just like the wheat versions. My hubby's favorites are wedding cake and dark chocolate. He's highly intolerant, like 1000%, if they were cross contaminated, he would know and he's been eating them yearly for the last 5 years.

After a full day at Dollywood, my family and I stopped in late last night — and we were blown away! The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely divine. The gluten-free options were fantastic, and our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. She even brought the manager over to ensure everything was perfect with our gluten-free selections. I highly recommend dining here — it was truly a wonderful experience!

Loved all the Christmas decorations and the service was so friendly and honey. I would definitely come back here again. They had gluten free pancakes AND waffles - big win for my family. Coffee was a bit on the weak side, but something about the service and homestyle food reminded me of diners from my hometown. I recommended the omelets - great amount of cheese and very filling!

Booze so impressive. Food - frustrated and dissatisfied. I’ll preface with I can not have gluten, I do not eat beef, and I loathe a dry sandwich or burger. So, I asked if I could do a bacon jam burger which is on gf menu with the veggie patties. 2 patties 2 cheeses, bbq sauce, bacon jam, onion, tomato and lettuce supposedly on it. I asked if it was doable, and offered to pay more. They sent me one pattie, veggie burger, I sent it back asked for what I originally ordered. Got a veggie burger with Jam and I *think*their sauce. Took awhile, was *still* somehow dry - see photo. I’d love to know why lettuce and tomato removed? Those shouldn’t contain gluten. Manager came out and said things on gf menu shouldn’t be and only one media person. If bbq sauce isn’t gf there’s several items on gf menu with it that shouldn’t be on there. They took care of my burger amount. Only gave 3*s due to tasting guide and speakeasy drink options, otherwise would be lower. Celiacs eat here with caution.

Went here tonight with my Dad. It was one of my first times going out to eat after finding out my daughter is celiac. The management was SO patient (did not seem annoyed at all) and was willing to explain how they handle the food. Everybody at our table kept talking about how fresh the food tasted. (The vegetables were so crisp!) My Dad also said that he has the best steak of his entire life. (He has literally been to and eaten steak in 48 different states.) We would definitely go back.

We just got into Pigeon Forge and were looking for a dog-friendly place to dine. This place came up as a suggested venue. We gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. While we did have to eat on basic picnic benches out front of the restaurant, the service was quick, and friendly. The food was very good! They even have gluten free options.

Pizza was great! It was a little slow getting our food considering the dining room was empty. My wife (celiac) got the gluten free pizza and said it tasted great and she didn’t have any problems from eating it.

Fast and friendly! Shakes are delicious and everything was made to order! Burgers, cheesecake, kids pasta, mac and cheese were all really good! They also have gluten free rolls and accommodated a celiac allergy!!

I had a burger on a gluten free bun. That bun was as close to heaven as you can get on earth. Most gluten free breads you can tell a difference but not this one. The burger was juicy and tastes amazing. My daughter loved the fried pickles and her Alfredo with chicken and broccoli! The service wasn't perfect but nowhere is. We went before the rush and still had time wait a little longer than we should've each time we needed something but all in all a great experience and will definitely return again!

Great food. Price is high, but we'll worth it. We had the Goucho Experience. I am still full 2 hours later. The host told us everything brought to the table was gluten free, including the bread. It did have cheese, so I have to be careful with the dairy portion of my allergies, but still awesome.

The pizza is so so good! The garlic knots were pillowy soft and HUGE - my husband & I were able to split one. They also offer gluten free pizza which is what brought us in in the first place. Our daughter has celiacs & they seemed very knowledgeable about preparing her pizza safely. Thanks for a great experience!

My son and I split the gluten free schnitzel with brussels and potato salad. My husband got the regular schnitzel with potato pancake and spatzel. We both absolutely loved our meals, felt it was authentic and were so grateful for a safe gluten free option. We will definitely be back when we are visiting. Thank you for the great service!

They were so sweet and went out of their way to show me ingredients and ask the cook when I mentioned I had an intolerance to gluten and dairy. Patient and kind. The restaurant was clean. Pleasant experience as we were traveling through on vacation.

This place was amazing! Owner was there and when asked told us about his innovative creations. The caramel sundae had homemade turtle on it. Wonderful. I had gluten-free coconut almond ice cream with a gluten-free cone. Amazing with big chunks of almonds in it. He also had chocolate-dipped frozen cheesecake and frozen chocolate bananas that looked housemade. He gave us samples of his olive oil infused toppings for ice cream. Yum. When you get quality, you will pay a touch more possibly but the portions at other”frozen custard” places in Pigeon Forge are high for the portions you get. If you want cheap, go to the grocery store and buy a half-gallon. Not sure why the reviews on here were so low. Someone trolling? Right down from Blue Moose burgers and wings from TikTok.

This meal was excellent! The BBQ, sauce, slaw, pickles and relish were GF. The Chef walked up as I was looking at the allergen guide and said every restaurant has a QR code to scan to obtain allergen info on the sign. We have been here 5 days and this is the first person to tell us this. My husband had the BBQ loaded spud.

After a drive from Memphis to Pigeon Forge, looking forward to dinner at Jersey Mike's. I'm gluten intolerant and always need to plan where we will be dining out. Thrilled I would be able to get a gf sandwich. With two other people in my party and their sandwiches made first, then observed staff doing all the cleaning protocol that Jersey Mike's does for gluten sensitive individuals. Worker go to the back room to get the Udi's gf bun, comes out to apologize and said they were out. Really??? She apologized and offered to make a salad, but that's not what I wanted . . . I wanted a sandwich. Manager needs to be on top of inventory of product and communication to staff. My companions did enjoy their sandwiches but were disappointed for me that I wasn't able to join them.

We came in for a late snack because there were so many gluten-free choices. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious and the decor was great! The pork belly was spicy, but something I could eat every day. The absolute star, though, was the salsa verde. I love salsa verde, but there are lots of places that don't make it good. Paloma, though? They just get it. I would love to come here now whenever we're in town.

We were staying at The Wayback Hotel and needed a breakfast place with options that was nearby and walkable - this turned out to be the perfect option. They have an excellent buffet, so I was able to eat, even with my gluten, dairy and egg allergies. Our waitress was amazing, and the food was good - we were seated immediately and got through the buffet line quickly. Great coffee, too. Can highly recommend!
