It's not easy to find places where you can eat vegan and celiac, and I had no problem customizing ingredients there.
They were very kind enough to ask if I was celiac to make sure and take extra care with the preparation, which is always appreciated.
In addition to the plant-based options (very appetizing, to be honest), the customized options also include soy as an ingredient for that extra boost of plant-based protein, which is often missing in other places.
Everything is homemade, and it shows. The nachos are the best we've ever had.
