Gella's Diner and LB Brewing

Malachi was INCREDIBLE! We were driving from Tennessee to Colorado on the way home from a wedding... straight through (17 HOURS) without stopping to rest. It was 8:00pm (1 hour before closing) and we were trying to order our meal from the road so we could just grab it and go. We have a strict gluten-free diet, and as you know, it's often hard to modify normal items on their menu to cater to that need. So, I called the restaurant to start the long process of ordering very detailed meals. Malachi picked up and was incredibly friendly. He said that they have a Gluten-Free Menu now that they just got in and he would be happy to text me a picture of it so I could place our order. He then said I could just text him our order personally and he would be sure to have it all ready and waiting when we arrived. It was... and it was DELICIOUS!!! TOP-NOTCH SERVICE AND FOOD! A+

I love their root beer and the new salad bar is fantastic! The fork and knife cobb salad is usually my favorite, but you can't beat the combo of soup/salad for lunch! However, as someone with a gluten intolerance, I wish the salad dressings didn't contain beer. I understand as a brew house that they'd add beer to the menu items, but for those of us who have allergies and only a few options on the menu, that narrows our choices even further. The soup, including the dill pickle, also isn't gluten-free. Maybe having at least one gluten-free option would be nice!
