Fantastic experience all around. The gluten free soba is not available at lunch, so I just tried the gluten free tempura (in a shared fryer, celiac option is available at dinner). It was excellent, perfectly crisp and served with delicious matcha salt and dipping sauce.
The service was polite and efficient. The clientele is a mix of locals and tourists. Fried gluten free foods are a rare treat and this was 10/10!
