I like that this place is using superfoods and has gluten free and vegan options. However, the cashier told me the original bowl was the healthiest one and then showed me the nutrition sheet which had the calories listed. Calories (especially when coming from plants/fruits) are not a good indicator of what's "healthy" or not. Gone are the days of calorie counting for most people since we now know something can have little to no calories and not be nutrient dense or "healthy" as something like a superfood.
