I asked for the vegan dish and I'm not disappointed at all. It is true that the quantities are not abundant but it is right so as not to break down and remain genuine, without heaviness or indigestion. The vegetable burguer was really good, especially the olive topping. Wonderful and very useful option in the city when you don't want to end up absorbed by the usual Italian gluten, so good but so indigestible... 🤣🤣🤣 Really friendly and pleasant service. Excellent quality and freshness of the vegetables. Very reasonable prices. However to stay consistent, I'm sure there are better options than regular white plastic forks and knives... It's just a proposal to consider said with respect...

Even though the place is not very large, the fast service from young and always kind guys guarantees excellent customer management. Menu that also meets the needs of those who may be vegetarians, celiacs... Genuine food and very careful both in preparation and presentation. I always happily come back here during my lunch break with the pleasure of tasting excellent dishes. Also recommended for tourists. A special corner of Trieste.
