I come to this place often, but lately I have noticed a slight decrease in the quality of the vegan offer.
The vegan sandwiches on the menu have decreased, the gluten-free bread seems different and more compact, in general the sandwich is drier and less tasty.
In short, it doesn't make me say WOW like before.

It's very difficult to find sandwich shops that satisfy both needs.
Here you can combine any type of burger with gluten-free bread and there are 6 choices of vegan burgers.
Last but not least, you can also order vegan and gluten-free nuggets.
I really don't remember how long it's been since I last ate such a good burger, which in terms of flavor, consistency and deliciousness has nothing to envy of the traditional ones.
Very good and inclusive (the place has both a traditional and a vegan menu which allows for the much-desired sharing).
Another place specializing in burgers and brunches has recently opened in Pordenone, but if you are vegan and don't eat gluten, choose Louis hands down.
Compliments also to the 2 girls, smiling and very polite.
I confirm the slightly high prices (in particular 4 vegan nuggets 9.50 euros, but we know that unfortunately even today the vegan gf is niche so it can be somehow justifiable).

In the heart of the historic center of Trieste, in via di Cavana - a lively area full of characteristic bars - Hops Beerstró stands out for its fusion proposal, the welcoming atmosphere and the selection of craft beers.
I chose a hibiscus Blanche: beautiful to look at with its pink color, but above all pleasant to drink, with a sweet and slightly aromatic taste. As appetizers to share, we ordered crunchy and spicy falafel and cajun mix fries, which were truly delicious.
The staff was very helpful and attentive to allergies and intolerances, which I really appreciated. As a main course, I had the Crispy Coco Lime Chicken: chicken thigh marinated in coconut milk and lime, fried in crispy panko. The dish was accompanied by a Japanese miso mayonnaise, but upon request they replaced it with the classic version. The fresh touch of spring onion completed everything with balance.
For dessert, we tried a coconut milk panna cotta with berry coulis – delicate, lactose or gluten free – and a delicious chocolate dessert with caramel and peanuts, perfect for those who love intense flavours.
An ideal place for an informal but refined dinner, where the cuisine is a meeting between different cultures. Friendly staff, nice dishes, absolutely positive experience. Highly recommended!

Super welcoming staff, from the owner on down everyone welcomed us with a smile. We went for lunch yesterday, at the suggestion of a friend, and we had a very good time, resulting in very good and fresh food. Usual formula of many restaurants similar to this one but not a complaint on the contrary. Tablet to order from forks (if necessary), water, sauces and more. On the tablet there was an option for allergens and we selected gluten and lactose, after which if you return to the ordering screen the dishes are highlighted in purple (at least to us) to make sure you are careful, but we didn't agree at all about the fried foods!!! Do you fry anything else in oil? Tempura batter definitely contains gluten so why isn't it reported? Honestly, we didn't ask for explanations about it, but it seemed rather strange to us...... Grilled salmon was called "purple" and if you clicked to see specifically what the allergens were, fish and soy were reported, my question is why don't you use gluten-free soy "kikkosan exists", which is the same as the one brought to the table, or don't put soy sauce on it and leave the customer the option of eating the salmon. Apart from this "clarification" I would go back tomorrow because of how good we had it but also how great the food was. Compliments!!!
