Many of the dishes are naturally gluten-free (as a celiac I have had the opportunity to taste some excellent battered vegetables after a long time) while others can be adapted to gluten-free (all pasta dishes can be ordered gluten-free).
Many of the desserts are already gluten-free on the menu, we chose a cheesecake with almond biscuit and a mint mousse with berries, really excellent.
Very attentive and quick service, they even made me find gluten free crackers at the table.
