Excellent pizza, quality ingredients. I ate a good grilled fish warning that I have celiac disease. Be careful with this too. Well done

Pizzeria restaurant located in Udine, near the center, between the Church of S. Maria delle Grazie (Piazza Primo Maggio) and the headquarters of the Julia Alpine Brigade. The outside does not reflect the inside, in the sense that as soon as you enter you have the wonderful feeling of a "chic" place, with attention to the smallest details... Well done! Very attentive service to customer care and requests.. Very efficient! The pizza is good, but not to say "wowww".. Good, digestible, "half true", a non-standard dough but not even at the levels of places like "Gambero Rosso, Assaje...". Possibility of GLUTEN FREE PIZZA, but as said by the staff (honesty is professionalism to be appreciated) there is a risk of contamination, as it is cooked in the same oven but placed in a disposable tray. Cost of dishes and final bill average! Finally, I recommend this place, also on the restaurant side ("appetizing" fish dishes).
