This diner has so much to offer with an extensive menu, diverse fresh food and quick service.. This year upgrading his menu with gluten-free options serving organic dark roast coffee with options for the lactose intolerant carrying oat milk... But one of my pet peeves at a lot of breakfast places is frozen hash browns. I can't stand it. Georgei s serving up quality, with a hard labor real hash browns.. 40 years in business and you can tell.. between the quality of the food and efficiency of the restaurant. And let me tell you how fast that kitchen is. I've never been at a place where you sit. Your order is taken and for the most part in less than 5 minutes your food is out.... I highly recommend this place. Although open 7:00 to 3:00. He has lunch options. The best soups. I've had split peas on Wednesday Navy Bean on Thursday. Beef barley cream of chicken Thursdays and Sundays and if you are a soup connoisseur you can order soup at 7:00 in the morning. That's my type of restaurant.. I truly love this place

I'm gluten free but George's has enough non grain based dishes to make it a good breakfast spot. Full disclosure, I have not actually ventured to try the non-breakfast food items. The portions are very generous and could definitely be split or taken home. The customer service has always been solid despite this place usually being packed during breakfast hours. Waits have never been more than 10 minutes in my experience.
