i specifically chose to come to this bakery because it was highly rated on google and i never noticed them before. the real reason i really chose to visit because the website mentions using purified water with their artisinal process. id say its as good or better than Crispellis or Avalon.
i was surprised to see gluten free items. would appreciate more vegan items. thanks. will definitely check out the midtown location!
