Gluten Free Goose, A Bakery

This was a lovely surprise! On our way through Nashville, We held over for a night just to try out this gluten feee bakery! And boy are we glad we did!! Delicious sweets! French crueller, Boston creme, pop-tarts, cinnamon rolls, pretzel bites, oatmeal creme pie, scones, apple fritter and more! For savory the had a chicken sausage, egg and cheese biscuit! Delicious! They are only open three days a week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So plan accordingly. Also, it appears that they take holiday breaks too. At 30 day increments. So make sure that they are not closed if you are planning!!

The best gluten free food and amazing staff always greeting us with kindness. Would recommend coming here we've came here since they first opened and will be forever customers ps the chicken sausage biscuits are amazing.

I have known about this place for a year, but live 2 hours away and just now made it into the shop. I black out. It was 5 minutes of me going, "and one of those and two of that and maybe I'll try this, too." Everything is outstanding! I was also there on a yeasted and fried donut day and... guys. I think maybe I died. So delicious. When I was diagnosed with celiac, I'd sneak Dunkin boston cream donuts for another three months before I was able to accept my loss. Yesterday, after over a decade, I had my boston cream. They'd get 5 stars for that alone.
