Gluttons for Nourishment

Bought an afternoon tea voucher for my son and his partner. She is gluten intolerant, my son honed in advance and they went on Saturday. The gf afternoon tea they served was excellent. So many establishments just send out half a meal. The staff at Gluttons pulled out the stops and served a fantastic afternoon tea,even had a gf scone!! Well done to all the staff for their hard work.

Food is good but gluten free options very poor now. Couldn't confirm if anything was contaminated or not. Not ideal for my coeliac friend. Service also very poor. Arrived at 12.25 and told they had a table but we needed to be out by 2.15 for a pre booking. Said this was fine for us. Ordered and food did not arrive until 1.40! It was only a jacket potato and a sandwich! Then ten minutes later (when we had barely finished eating) they told us we needed to go as the booking arrived early! Overall very poor service. Food I had was nice but not much choice for my friend.

From my initial enquiry to the baby shower itself, everything was seamless, and the communication was fantastic. We weren’t the easiest group to cater for—with vegans, gluten-free, and nut allergies—but you handled everything perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another special event with you again.
