As we’re newly gluten-free, eating out has become a bit of a challenge, but Laura handled everything with such professionalism, care, and genuine warmth. She took the time to clearly explain the gluten-free options, highlighted which dishes could be adapted, and gave us complete confidence in the kitchen’s handling of dietary requirements. Her knowledge was impressive, and her reassuring manner made all the difference.
The food was, as always, outstanding. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were fresh and flavourful, and it was such a joy to be able to enjoy a full meal without any worry — all thanks to Laura’s attention to detail and the restaurant’s thoughtful approach to dietary needs.
