I come regularly as I enjoy acai bowls very much and its a clean eat. The one star is because many times (over 5 counting today) I have come in and had the same experience. I order the food & pick it up no later then 10 minutes after. Although my bowl is taken out of the fridge its melted completely. I also PAY EXTRA FOR GLUTEN FREE I have an allergy & they don't even notify me I paid extra for something I am not getting instead they sneak regular granola in the bag. They never reimburse me for their lack of supply either. When I called in to notify as usual they do not pick up.

I really enjoyed my visit to Grain and Berry near USF. My bowl was delicious and nutritious. Very good portion size and filling. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Vegetarians, vegans and gluten free patrons will find more than enough meal options.
