Grand Brasserie

Extremely disappointed in their customer service to the point we left without ordering. Asked if they had a gluten free menu, was told yes & then she never came to the table with one. When the server arrived I asked again for the gluten free menu & he told me he would assist me with options. He brought gluten free rolls to the table. When making my menu selection, I asked for the Waygu French Dip on the gluten free bun. Was told they couldn’t do it. I asked why? I have a gluten allergy & can’t have a regular roll. He said the kitchen won’t do that. He said they could bring the meat & I could assemble it myself on the buns he put on the table. What?! He then got a manager. She told me the same thing, “the chef won’t do it”. Extremely disappointed.

The host was responsive and kind and was able to accommodate our request to be near the tv. I have a gluten allergy and our server was very helpful. He checked with the chef whether I could have the lobster roll and the chef customized the dish for me. So good! I was also provided delicious gluten free bread. We had a wonderful experience!
