Granny Fi's Shortbread

Granny Fi's is one of the best shortbread cookies we have had. We found Fiona at the Farmers Market in Vancouver. The cookies are what you would want from a Scottish style shortbread. They go great with Cafecito Coffee Co's coffee. There are many flavors to choose from. Traditional is the place to start. Simple ingredients and delicious taste. OH and the best part...they have GLUTEN FREE, so hard to find these days, its delicious!!!!
