We have been Rochester residents for years, and knowing Grant's opened in 2019 have been meaning to try for a long time. But we've always fallen back on the usual chain shops when wanting pizza. We FINALLY took the plunge and ordered from Grant's this weekend and I can assure you, we won't be going back to the other places ever again!
One of our family members recently started a gluten-free diet, and I knew Grant's offered a gluten-free option. So we started with basic pepperoni on cauliflower crust. The feedback was that it was just like a thin crust pizza from other places and you wouldn't really even know the crust was GF. As a very nice added touch, they even threw in a GF brownie, which was delicious!
I ordered the supreme with regular crust and it was one of the tastiest pizzas I have ever had. Just the right consistency of the crust - not too chewy. The sauce wasn't overly tangy (which some places have), and the toppings were plentiful and delicious.
It was a bit pricey - almost $40 for 2 small pizzas, but it was really good. The online ordering process was easy, and the checkout lady was really friendly too.
We don't eat pizza all that often, but when we do, our go-to will be Grant's!
