I was given regular Dakota bread but told it was gluten free.
Of course it was delicious. After eating it multiple days I realized why I was VERY sick. I think Great Harvest needs to label their gf breads better and educate their employees more on this topic. I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else.

We took our lil Theo for a 3rd birthday breakfast muffin to the Great Harvest Bread Co, and we were welcomed so warmly! I was pleasantly pleased to find a gluten-free bread that was absolutely DELICIOUS! I can't wait to go back to the bakery to buy another loaf to take with me back to Idaho!! Thank you, GHBC!!
