I had a nice chopped cobb salad here. I showed them my gluten free dining card and then checked an allergy list then recommended which ones would be easiest to modify abd make make GF. The cobb salad dressing has gluten, but their caesar dressing is GF and very good. It usually comes with bread or croutons but they knew not to give me those.
