Green Crow makes wonderful tacos, beautifully cooked meats and vegetables in delicious (and creative) sauces and garnishes. I have celiac disease and Kyle and crew take great care in their preparations when I ask for gluten-free. Their kindness and patience are greatly appreciated. They're not a dedicated gluten-free restaurant; just very careful and skilled at what they do. We are really lucky to have them here in Port Townsend!
