This cafe is one of my favorite places for breakfast, lunch, or to grab a tea and treat. I love the keto and gluten-free options they have available, though they don't have much selection for keto deserts like they used to. They do, however, have a small selection of keto products to purchase. The atmosphere is a typical cafe style, and it can be a bit loud if you're sensitive to noise and I find the chairs a bit hard and uncomfortable, but it never deters me from dining in. The selection of hot drinks is impressive! The waffles are to die for! The staff are friendly, polite, and work hard. Definable a gem for Kingston!
