Really delicious ramen, authentic and yet beyond! there are gluten-free versions!!! Rice noodles that are excellent! The vegetarian version with miso ramen can optionally be made vegan. Tofu instead of egg! Now that's what I call progressive and thoughtful!!!!

We liked it a lot, along with the yokocho it is one of our favorites. We tried the pork and the chicken, they were very delicious. They also have an option for celiacs. They have a mid-day menu, we will have to try it again.
