HEX Superette

Hex is a well-lit, charming spot in Charm City. With their own collection of handcrafted kombucha and fermented veggies, which are also featured on their menu, their products can be found all over town at local shops and farmer's markets. But, stopping into their superette is absolutely worthwhile. They have a small market with local goodies from small businesses and a full menu of delightful plates, snacks and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). If you eat vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free, there's plenty on the menu for you, as well! The service was very personable, friendly, and I felt well-cared for. I will be back for sure!

It’s great to find an establishment that sell local juice, beer, wine, local produce, as well as local artist/entrepreneurs. I had a tasting of Butterfly Lime and honey juice and beet pickles and purchased them both. The prices are reasonable. You can have cocktails, wines, beer at the bar along with a bite to eat from the kitchen. There are vegan and gluten free entrées. This was my first time visiting but this is on my weekly list for my juice and beet pickles and more. .
