HI BURGER Co.

This is a hole in the wall Burger Joint if you blink you'll miss it but I got to say they did a really good burger. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and since I'm Celiac I asked if they had a gluten-free bun they did have a gluten-free bun but they don't always have them so be aware of that. If they don't have a gluten-free bun they will do a lettuce wrap. They weren't too knowledgeable about cross-contamination but if you explain it to them they got it and they made sure my Burger was prepared properly. Unfortunately they do not have a dedicated gluten-free fryer but that's pretty much normal and so not something I would hold against them. Now as to the Burger it was perfectly cooked medium/medium rare, the cheese was perfectly melted, overall a delicious Burger 5 out of 5. Parking is a bit of a pain but if you order to go you can park on the side of the street for a couple minutes without getting any hassle. Otherwise this is definitely a walking to place.

The burgers were juicy and flavorful, with the Kalua Pork and Cheeseburger standing out as particularly delicious. The fries were fantastic, and the staff provided super friendly service. For those seeking gluten-free options, they offer lettuce-wrapped burgers. While the fries were a bit small in portion, they were equally as delicious. Overall, HI Burger offers a delightful dining experience that I highly recommend.
