Good, service, and atmosphere are all excellent here. The live tropical plants make the seating area feel very vibrant. Our server was very friendly and professional. He assured us that our dishes were gluten free. We got grilled pork and beef rendang and both were extremely good

Lovely restaurant with delicious food and great service! The cocktails were strong (I may explore the NA cocktails or the homemade "Hai Noons" next visit!) and the food tasty. My husband was a big fan of the "A Life Aquatic" cocktail. There aren't a lot of places to get this style of food that is friendly for Celiac and gluten-free, so my husband was really excited to eat here since it has been a long time since he has enjoyed dishes like this! We particularly enjoyed the Malaysian Popcorn Chicken (on the happy hour menu) as well as both entrees (Balinese chicken thigh and Vietnamese crepes). We are already planning another trip and the dishes we'll try next time!

With food allergies in our family that typically make it difficult to eat out, I can't even describe how awesome it was to have an exceptional server with full knowledge of the menu and capabilities of this restaurant.. this was not a typical "is there something I can eat?" experience for us. Almost the full menu was available for a gluten and dairy free person. In our town we have some really great restaurants but an allergy to both gluten and dairy make eating out pretty difficult. The menu options we chose were extremely good. We will visit again when we are in the city! A new destination for us. Thank you Hai Hai!
