Half Baked Goodness - Cypress South

If you're going there for gluten-free, they're disgusting. Still rating 4 stars, because my family loved the normal cookies and the staff is incredibly nice. I simply did not love (and had some "intestinal distress") from the GF cookies. Iykyk, Celiac. Great staff. Great normal people cookies. Bad gf cookies.

The new owners of Half Baked Goodness in Cypress South went above and beyond to address an issue with my online order, even before they officially took charge of the shop. Despite the problem occurring under the previous ownership, they took it upon themselves to resolve the issue swiftly and with great care. They handled the situation with professionalism and ensured I was completely satisfied, even though it wasn’t technically their responsibility yet. It’s clear that they genuinely value their customers, and their commitment to providing excellent service really sets them apart. Their friendly, solution-oriented approach has earned my loyalty, and I’ll definitely be returning! On top of that, their keto/gluten-free cookies are absolutely delicious—an added bonus that makes me even more excited to visit again!
