The new owners of Half Baked Goodness in Cypress South went above and beyond to address an issue with my online order, even before they officially took charge of the shop. Despite the problem occurring under the previous ownership, they took it upon themselves to resolve the issue swiftly and with great care. They handled the situation with professionalism and ensured I was completely satisfied, even though it wasn’t technically their responsibility yet. It’s clear that they genuinely value their customers, and their commitment to providing excellent service really sets them apart. Their friendly, solution-oriented approach has earned my loyalty, and I’ll definitely be returning! On top of that, their keto/gluten-free cookies are absolutely delicious—an added bonus that makes me even more excited to visit again!

I love that Half Baked Goodness is now near me. I bought the Keto & Gluten free double chocolate chip cookies. They used the best ingredients (almond flour and monk fruit sweetener) to get the delicious taste and also healthy for you. They have 6 different kinds of keto/gluten free cookies (chocolate chip/double chocolate chip/snickerdoodle/peanut butter/sugar and crème brûlée). Micheal (owner) and his team gave an exceptional customer service. Super nice and friendly every time I come in. You need to try this place out.
