We were here on the 15th of June to watch the parades and floats. It had a spectacular view of the whole plaza. My wife and I are gluten intolerant and they were able to modify the meals to accommodate us. The lomo saltado was great and the orange and mango tea looked spectacular. The waiter was great he knew that soy sauce contained gluten.

Everything was perfect. Exquisite. The chef is Japanese, I think, so they have some maki dishes, and the complimentary appetizer was a crispy rice bun (gluten-free). The only point for improvement is that we were seated near the windows for the view, but the windows don't close properly, and I got a little cold.
