Happy Teriyaki (The Original) #11 on River Road

My teenage daughter and I were visiting from Portland OR for a concert. She really wanted teriyaki but we found out recently she has celiac disease. Happy Teriyaki was the 3rd restaurant we called and the only one with a gluten free option. The woman who took our order was very kind and the wait was worth it. I asked if the sauce cups were gluten free as well and she said of course and used my name. She was so kind and the teriyaki and rice were absolutely delicious. The best part is my daughter felt great the next day. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful, welcome place to eat. I didn't realize I could get such amazing gluten free gf teriyaki chicken nearby, and it exceeded all expectations. I will be coming back again and again and again.

The server was so sweet and attentive. Cozy atmosphere, food was fantastic. Only place i can find around that has truly gluten free teriyaki and they were cautious and aware of how my food was prepared. My daughter loves the fried rice here!!
