we ordered our meal at 7pm, for pick up at 8, and we got to eating it at 9. we had to wait around 45 minutes inside, in which we were told multiple times it would be ‘just 5 minutes’, without any complimentary items like even a small salad or a glass of water whilst waiting. servings are small for the price we paid, and without any question there was a removal of the miso soup because it wasn’t gluten free, without any substitution or whatever which would have been kind especially after our waiting. i’d recommend you give something from the house to show you at least care about your customer, whom already paid and is hungry.

Just the best food. I love the gyoza, but everything else is delicious and beautiful. I cannot stress how important it is to try the gyoza. That they use local outdoor bred pork is a bonus, and of course they have a great selection of veggie, vegan and gluten free options. One of the few places you can get Kirin Ichiban, not just Asahi, in Edinburgh, but there are other good beers, soft drinks, teas and cocktails. Staff were attentive, really helpful and cheerful. Everything is on onee floor, so accessibility is quite good, but a little tight, as the property is small and old.
