If you are allergic STAY AWAY!
Harbor Lighrs served me water steamed salmon, Alaskan halibut and green beans with absolutely NO spices, butter, salt or any other attempt at flavor because I requested the gluten free option offered.
FYI: My gluten free Cesar salad was served with crutons!
