Holy crap. I have no words. That was the BEST gluten free bao and ramen I have ever had. I forgot to take a photo of the 36 hour pork belly bao because I ate it too quickly, I don't know what their secret is but it was absolutely DEEEEEELICIOUS!

I wish I lived closer! The Tuna Tataki is amazing ❤️. They also offer great gluten-free and vegetarian options and are super accommodating when it comes to adjusting menu items for dietary needs.
Definitely must visit for a good bowl of ramen.🍜
