Review: Our visit to this pancake restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The pancakes were served cold and were far too thick, making them heavy and unappetizing. We sent them back, hoping for better, but the replacements—while slightly thinner—were still cold and dry. The quality was simply unacceptable. This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Additional note after reading CEO feedback: - we ordered from the menu nothing special was asked except for gluten free for one and indeed on pancake without cheese -We send the first order partly back as it pancake where cold and dry , we didn’t finish these plates - we glanced into the kitchen and a whole stack of prepared pancakes where pre-cooked waiting to be warmed up so these pancakes are not freshly prepared explains why they where not hot. And we paid the whole bill immediately and left and by the way we 8 are Dutch so we know how Dutch pancakes should be
