The restaurant had a person vacuuming while we ate (at lunch). The food was not stellar. I would describe the restaurant as gluten friendly, but not a super safe gluten free environment, especially for celiacs.

It's a very lovely place with excellent food. They also have a gluten free menu that was enjoyed by the guests in our party. The service and experience went well, even with multiple 10+ person tables all arriving at once.
