been here twice and will probably keep coming back! one time was dine in and the other was pickup. the line system is awesome and really makes sure you know what you're getting on your pizza. all the staff members are super nice and gets your pizza done really quickly. they got everything right on my online pickup order too! i have a gluten and lactose sensitivity and im so glad they have accommodations for that!! (gf crust, vegan cheese). also i adore their cups, the lids are awesome and it feels so much better than a traditional fast food cup for some reason. overall really cute place and would definitely recommend!

Bolay is easily the best place for gluten free dining. Some vegetable sides rotate seasonally. Everything combines well somehow no matter what you order. Dining in is great and takeout/delivery is great. Food reheats well, so bringing home leftovers is a favorite. Favorite meal: large bol with forbidden black rice and sweet potato noodles, broccoli, zucchini or Brussels sprouts, cilantro, and goat cheese with the creamy sauce. Yum! It sounds like madness, but it's fantastic. Only downside is that the table tops are often sticky. Edit: I'm happy to report that in the short time since I made my review, the tabletops at Bolay have been replaced. I have been there a few times with the new tables, and they are so much better. This place is so great! Keep being awesome, Bolay!

An art experience and really good gluten-sensitive pizza and excellent salad. Highly recommend! Spend time viewing all the art installations and amazing restrooms. It is beautiful and weird and amazing!

Scoula’s consistently makes amazing pizza. We are gluten free family and their GF pizza is amazing. And that says a lot coming from New York transplants that are picky about pizza. Staff is always so kind, courteous and helpful. We’re so grateful they are our go-to pizza place.

Great spot on the northwest side of Gainesville. More of Italian restaurant than a cafe but incredible decor, inside and outside seating available. High end menu but very fair prices. Food was delicious, glutenfree options available and marked on the menu. Service was outstanding, we had incredible time.

I am super late posting this lol but I have celiac disease and every time I eat here they are soooo accommodating and have so much options for gluten free meals and I am especially grateful and happy that they have a cheesecake that is delicious and gluten free. ❤️🤤🥰🫶🏻 If you have celiac disease it is safe to eat here and has supply yummy foods.
