This is my favorite vegan pizza in Gainesville! The "Vegan Supreme" comes loaded with many toppings at a great price, exuding a healthy veggie-to-bread ratio. The veggies aren't over-cooked, retaining more life force and yummy flavor. The vegan cheese is perfectly proportioned & deliciously melty! I also appreciate that they have a gluten-free option. Whether taking out or dining in, the experience is always wonderful with Scuola :D
