Excellent food. Loved the waffles with peach compote and the eggs had a perfect consistency!! Our waitress was amazing too wish I knew her name but she was super friendly and nice. They also had gluten free options and vegan options. We will definetly be back.

My family always stops at the Flying Biscuit whenever we are in Gainesville. The food is amazing! I have never had better grits! 💙 I am gluten free, and they have a lot of options. My gluten eating kids and husband absolutely love the biscuits!
