Heaven's Bistro Bakery

This is a really good bakery. I ordered a variety of items and have tried several (my favorite is the cowboy cookie). They took the time to check whether an item had corn syrup in it (I have a friend who is allergic to it, but I wanted to get something for her, too). The item (the passionfruit-cocunut dessert) is both gluten-free and corn-free. That's hard to find. On top of all that, the staff was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back. :) Update: I have now tried several things. They were all excellent. This really is a good shop. :)

I have very strong gluten intolerance, and I love this place for their GF options. They may not be many, at this point in time, but I like them all. It's very hard to find a bakery that does GF options, especially on a top tier pro level. My favorite is the chocolate chip cookies(when you can get them). If you didn't know they're Gluten-Free, you wouldn't be able to tell. The GF Brownies are my second choice, and regular choice. Then when I'm feeling fancy or need a switch, I go for the Almond Cake. The flavor is delicate and lightly sweet, almost honey esque. 🤌 Looking forward to them adding more GF options. And then if I could also request Lactose-Free addition, that would be choice and I would spend more time here than I already do. This spot is definitely worth it. And I'm happy to support them. 👍👍👍👍
