Heavenly Desserts Southampton

The very handsome Alan was very attentive and helpful with my gluten free requirements, unfortunately no waffles but he did make me some lovely gf pancakes instead. My besty had a pistachio waffle which was delicious, beautiful interior with comfy seats, will definately visit again soon 😋

Let’s just start with I have eaten here lots of times and ALWAYS amazing………….. BUT!!! Today wasn’t the same, thought I’d leave a reply on your website after today but that doesn’t work either so couldn’t do it so leaving it here. Brought friends to this restaurant as we’re regulars and always rave about it. Met by 1 of only 2 staff members at door and we explained 3 or 4 times people have gluten and dairy allergies. (This is the main reason we come here as you’re always very accommodating to this) He said he understood and sat us down. 35 mins later we ask to have our drinks order taken. 15 minutes more and we overhear the other member of staff saying no gluten free food being cooked. We go to counter (as still haven’t got our drinks) to ask about drinks and double check about the food situation. Other member of staff says “no gluten free food being cooked today sorry” So we had been sat there 45 minutes just to have to leave without a drink of food. I NEVER write complaints but this annoyed me was just going to write a Google review of this but though I’d send it here to see if it falls on deaf ears or not.
