Super nice place, run by a couple who couldn't be more charming! Super attentive. Suitable for celiacs and vegans. My daughter is celiac, and when we told them, they explained that they were extremely careful with cross-contamination, which was very appreciated. You pay 4,000 yen per person, but they give you four starters to try, five gyozas, a main course, a drink, and dessert. Everything was delicious. We couldn't finish everything, so we were able to take it home. If I go back to Takayama, I'll definitely be back. I can't fault it at all. (The dish in the photo is from the vegan menu.)

Run don’t walk to get a reservation here! Absolutely incredible experience. Delicious food, for both coeliacs and those without dietary requirements. Homemade plum wine exquisite. Homely unique dining experience and amazing value.

Beautiful restaurant run by an adorable couple. Attention celiacs: they have an incredible 100% gluten-free menu adaptation. To choose sake, they did a small tasting of 4 for me. All the food was delicious, they cook in front of you. Reservation required, but very easy to manage by email.
