As usual with any Heinen's location, great customer service! I will say that I prefer the Bay Village location, personally. That is mostly because this location feels much more "crammed" inside. I almost always feel like I'm about to bump into somebody, or they're about to bump into me. This store doesn't have nearly the room of other Heinen's locations. But, the gluten-free and organic section that Heinen's offers is fantastic.
