Hello Bistro

Wonderful experience here! Special shout out to Andrew, who made my salad. He took great care navigating gluten free items, grabbing fresh ingredients that were more prone to cross contact. I really appreciate his thoroughness. The salad was spectacular. It is mixed in a larger bowl before being squished into a container with so much salad it’s bursting. I highly recommend the build your own, as you get as many side toppings as you want. The fries are delicious and crispy, for only $3, might as well grab an order. I would say they could use a container instead of just the bag, but it works. Thank you Andrew for an amazing experience! We will be back.

Best tasting healthy food place I can find. Its great having so many RAW veggies available for the make your own salad. Update year later, great place, great food especially if you have food allergies. Gluten free is tasty here
