Wonderful meal and experience. Now many gluten free options but they will adapt items to work for you.

Hello Monty is refreshingly different than almost any restaurant I’ve had in Chattanooga. They pride themselves on their charcoal roasted dishes and it truly did not disappoint. I had the crispy Brussel sprouts, charcoal potatoes and the 1/2 chicken. The flavor is phenomenal, presentation is unbeatable. We also got the Rose carafe which was refreshing and light. I cannot recommend it enough. I can’t wait to go back try their other options! My only complaint is that the prices were a little steep (carafe was smaller than expected, for example) but it’s a good treat yourself option for sure. *They also have clearly labeled gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Highly recommend!
