My fiancé and I stopped in last night for happy hour and had a lovely time. The margaritas were delicious. We got the three dip app, and each got a few different tacos to try and loved everything! Our waiter was so knowledgeable about gluten allergies and so helpful! We will back often!

I have been looking for a small mexican place in center city and Hi-Lo opened recently and it's amazing. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is open and welcoming. If you're looking for amazing tacos in center city there isn't anything better I've found yet. Their staff is phenomenal someone in my party had a gluten allergy and the staff was prepared and super helpful.
