Ordered for the first time being that they do “gluten free” on a Wednesday. Everything ordered was cold upon collection - apart from the gluten free fish. I have to say the gluten free fish was lovely & piping hot but chips (both gluten free & normal for my husband) were cold & not enjoyable, hardly cooked if anything. All other items were also cold. Don’t do reviews much but as finding gluten free takeaways is difficult & that this is raved about being “one of the best chippy in rugby” feel I must. Will not be hurrying back. Sorry.

Serious about Gluten Free and serving great quality food so WELL DONE to Hillmorton Fish Saloon for your thoroughness in preparing gluten free fish and chips, doner kebab meat, curry sauce, battered sausage & more. Also thank you for looking out for and being particularly kind to, your special local customers. My partner doesn't mind a little queue & a bit of banter. We are 2 fish, mushy peas & chips.
