We have been to the premises today and I am sorry to say that my daughter, who has celiac disease, has been contaminated here. He has had the croquettes for celiacs and the cheesecake also suitable for celiacs according to the menu. We have asked how they cooked the croquettes and they have told us that in a different fryer but something had to happen and that means that they do not completely control cross contamination. We appreciate the offer for celiacs but this alone is not enough, we must guarantee that the food of a gluten-free celiac does not come into contact with gluten from the time it is cooked until the person eats it. It's very important. A little bit does matter!
