We arrived here without our luggage (was lost by the airline). The owner was very friendly and kind and welcomed us in. She suggested a shower and a drink/food would make things better. And they did! :)
She lent us her phone charger (critical item these days) and asked us what else she could help us with. Since we were hiking, she even offered backpacks and poles.
V uncommon to Germany/Austria, the restaurant has vegetarian and Gluten-free options.
You can't go wrong with this place if you are looking for a modest and moderate priced hotel. It is convenient to everything in the area and makes a great home base.
