As a gluten allergic person, this place should receive 3 Michelin stars for it’s chicken butterhole biscuit sandwich. The owner is very mindful of allergies and provides a detailed explanation of options. Highly recommend!!!

This place is incredible! Growing up in the south I’ve had a LOT of biscuits and these are some of the best I’ve ever had. Fantastic combinations for breakfast sandwiches and they even have a gluten free biscuit my daughter said was amazing. It’s so hard to find gluten free while traveling and that’s the main reason we tried it in the first place. So glad we did! Oh and there was a misunderstanding on our order and the owner was so kind and insisted on fixing it for free even though the confusion was on our part! We visited twice during our week in Seattle and would definitely come back next time.
