Very cool spot with great locally sourced food. A few options for those vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten free. Also, plenty of craft beer with the option for flights!

Hop's catered our wedding in Red River Gorge in August 2023 and we were so happy with the experience! April was amazing to work with, she was super flexible and designed the menu custom to fit our preferences. We had an appetizer of pickled/candied squash and jalapenos with cream cheese and chips, and for the main course we had stuffed shells (gluten free and regular option) which were stuffed with ricotta, spinach, black beans, and sweet potato, and covered in cheese and the best marinara sauce I've ever tasted, as well as a sweet potato and black bean curry option for the vegans. We did it buffet style and also had bbq from a different restaurant which she was totally fine with. Overall the customer service was great and the food was even better. We were really appreciative of how well Hop's accommodated various allergies and dietary restrictions and just how good the food tasted. Our guests kept telling us how it was the best wedding food ever. Highly recommend!!
