Hot Chip Burger Bar

Best burger I've had in a long time! I have celiac and finding places to eat is very difficult. They have a separate fryer for only French fries, which are honestly amazing.the burgers are juice and cooked great, and the gluten free buns are soft and really good. This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area, if not if all time.

Let me start by saying the burgers here are great and even better that they offer gluten free options…that being said my god when you consistently order $100+ worth of food and there is ALWAYS something missing from the order, get it together, check and make sure everything is there before sending it off to be delivered. It’s just disappointing that it’s not been once or twice but every single time since the first time we’ve ordered it’s annoying to not only have the food you order and pay for to not show up but to then have to call and waste time for a refund for said food that doesn’t arrive. We keep giving them our business because of the gluten free options but honestly sick of having to tell one or two people in our family sorry your food didn’t show up and you don’t get to eat but at least they’re going to refund us. Ridiculous.

This place is awesome. From the food, the staff, environment! All around awesome experience!! I accidentally ordered a gluten free bun and asked to switch out for a regular one. They let me keep my original burger and gave me a new one. My mistake! They made me a whole new burger. It was great, I highly recommend this place!
